We have grown over the years and now have over 150 active members with more "due" to arrive every season! We are happy to be building a foundation for a lifetime of learning and fun.

Outer Banks Mommy & Me is an organized group of moms* dedicated to the development of young children, birth through age five. Founded in 2001 by a group of local moms, we engage in activities that encourage and support the educational and social development of young children. We also provide social interaction for new moms, promote community involvement, and participate in fundraising activities to assist local families and organizations. Come play and grow with us!

​*grandmas and full-time nannies are accepted on case by case basis.

OBX mommy and Me uses a Facebook group and/or private Instagram account for members
Search for "Outer Banks mommy and me" group - request to join and answer all membership questions. Once we receive your request, an email will be sent to you requesting the $20 membership fee. (Fees cover monthly paid playdates, snacks, craft supplies, etc) Once received your join request will be processed within 48 hours. If for some reason you no longer want to be in the group within 30 days of joining, your membership fee will be refunded.
